Download open answers

You can download all of your respondents’ open answers at once in one single file using the CheckMarket online survey tool. Or you can view and download these answers per question in a report.

Download all open answers at once

This is a very quick and easy way to obtain all of the answers that were provided to all open-ended questions in your survey at once. The result is a single Word or PDF file that lists all open answers per language and per question.

1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
2. Open your survey.
3. Click on Analyze and select Download Results.
4. Select All open responses as Type (1). The File Format (2) will automatically change to Word. You can change this to PDF if you prefer to download the open responses in PDF format. Additionally you can group these open answers per language (3) by language or by question:
   • Language: you first get all open answers for all questions in one language, then all open answers for all questions in the other language, etc.
   • Question: all open answers in all languages are put directly underneath each question.

5. Click on Download.

View/download open answers per question

In Reports you can add an element to show the textual open answers per question. You can also download these open answers (per question) in a Word, PDF or HTML file format.

1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
2. Open your survey.
3. Click on Analyze and select Reports.
4. Create a new report or edit an existing one.
5. Click on ‘Add Element’.
6. Click on the open question.
7. Click on ‘Text Responses‘.
8. Click ‘Create‘.
