You can create surveys in multiple languages using the CheckMarket tool. But how do you manage all of these languages the best way?
In this article we’ll describe two different ways to switch between languages in your survey.
Please note that the below options are only possible when you have added more than one language to your survey.
While editing or adding a question
This option is particularly handy when your survey is NOT launched yet and you need to make some tweaks to the wording or add additional answer options or even a whole new question to a survey that’s already been translated.
- Sign in to CheckMarket.
- Open your survey.
- Add a new question or edit an existing one.
-
Click on the drop-down menu containing all available languages in the top left corner and select the desired language.
Via the “Edit” page of your survey
Another way to switch between languages is via the language drop-down button that is available in the top right corner of the Edit page.
Once you’ve launched your survey you can no longer edit your questions and you’ll only be able to make textual changes. In this case this option is very handy. Also when you need to update your introduction and thank-you page in other languages you will need to switch between languages this way.
- Sign in to CheckMarket.
- Open your survey. Make sure you are on the Edit page.
- Click on the language drop-down button in the top right corner to switch between languages.
The survey will reload in that language so you can make the necessary changes.
