Allow respondents to review and print their individual responses

You can let your respondents view and print their answers by adding the variable {{respondent.reportUrl}} to the thank-you page or thank-you mail.

Attention: the variable is case sensitive.

As soon as your respondents read the thank-you page or thank-you mail, they will see a URL instead of the variable, leading them to their answers.

You can also choose to add this variable to a sentence, turning it into a hyperlink. CheckMarket has provided you with a standard sentence in every language, but you can just as easily create your own.

Standard sentence

1. In the text editor of the thank-you mail or thank-you page, click on the drop-down menu Variables.
2. Choose the option Respondent report.

3. The sentence ‘Click here to view your responses.’ appears as a hyperlink.

Personalized sentence

1. In the text editor of the thank-you mail or thank-you page, type the text you want to turn into a hyperlink.
2. Select that sentence.
3. Click on chain-link icon  to insert a hyperlink.
4. Put {{respondent.reportUrl}} in the URL field.

5. Click on OK.

TIP: If you wish for the printable version to open in a new window, select the option New Window in the drop-down menu Target in step 4.
