Free trial terms

Our free trial terms are plain and simple.

• All features that you would have in a paying account are available in your trial version as well.
• There is no obligation and no credit card is required.
• A free trial survey can only have up to maximum 25 email invitations and have a maximum of 25 respondents per survey.
• A free trial is available for 14 days. You must upgrade your free trial to one of our subscription plans if you would like to continue using CheckMarket beyond the 14-day free trial.

Note: If you don’t upgrade your free trial before the 14-day trial ends, you won’t be able to access your account. You can, however, upgrade your account to a subscription for 90 days after your free trial ends. If you don’t upgrade your trial to a subscription within 90 days after your 14-day trial, your data will be permanently deleted.

Every account starts as a trial account. If you are satisfied with our online survey tool, you can upgrade to a subscription at anytime within the 14 days.
