The Activity log shows you which of your users are currently logged in to your account (or have logged in in the past) as well as what actions were taken by these users. It shows details such as: which browser was used, what time did users log in, which surveys or questions were edited, created, deleted, etc.
In the Activity log you also find back how many email invitations have been sent and how many respondents were registered.
There are two types:
Activity log of the entire account
As account administrator or user with the ‘user administrator’ role you can access your account’s Activity log.
- Sign in to CheckMarket.
- Click on Account
- Click on Activity log.
Here you can check all activity on your account. Using the filter options you can quickly find the information you need concerning a specific user, survey, action, …
You can filter on the following parameters:
- A specific time frame: today, yesterday, last 7 days, last month, etc.
- A specific date
- An action: survey created, survey launched, question edited, etc.
- A user in your account
- A survey
- The comment (description)
This way you know exactly who has been doing what on your account and you are in total control of it.
Activity log of a specific survey
This log is available to everyone who has access to that survey. In this case you’ll only see the actions taken for this specific survey.
- Sign in to CheckMarket.
- Go to the survey
- Click on Settings
- Click on Activity log.
Additionally you can filter on the following information:
- A specific time frame: today, yesterday, last 7 days, last month, etc.
- A specific date
- An action: survey created, survey launched, question edited, etc.
- A user in your account
- The comment (description)
