Availability of your results

As long as you are an active customer, i.e. you purchased products or services within the last 12 months, your CheckMarket survey results will be stored online for 10 years.

Accounts of inactive customers are removed 12 months after their last purchase of a product or service.

This gives you ample time to analyze your results as well as download all the reports and raw data.
