View or download individual contact responses

If your survey is live or closed you have the option to view individual contact responses.

To get an overview of the results per contact, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
2. Click Surveys.
3. Open your Survey.
4. Click Analyze and select Overview.
5. Follow the link Contacts.
6. Click the email address of a respondent, you will see an overview of the given responses.

In the panel management you can search for a contact.

Follow these steps:

1. Click Filter to open the submenu.
2. Enter the desired search (for example: Email address contains hotmail).
3. Click Update.

You will now see an overview of all contacts who meet the query.

In the search menu you can also choose to filter on a member of a certain contact group (Filter contact group), or based on their status (Reminded, Responded completely, …).
Using the View submenu you can also select the Fields to be displayed, sort by a field other than the email address and change the amount of contacts shown per page.

You can choose to download the overview of one single contact, a selection of contacts or all of the contacts.
To download or print an overview of one single contact, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
2. Click Surveys.
3. Open your Survey.
4. Click Analyze and select Overview.
5. Follow the link Contacts. You will get the list of contacts that have responded to your survey.
6. If necessary, you can change this filter on top of the page.
7. Click the email address of a respondent, you will see an overview of the given responses.
8. Select the desired file type in the top right corner.
9. Click the printer icon to print or click Download to download the report as a PDF file.

To download or print an overview of a selection of contacts or all of the contacts, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
2. Click Surveys.
3. Open your Survey.
4. Click Analyze and select Overview.
5. Follow the link Contacts. You will get the list of contacts that have responded to your survey.
6. If necessary, you can change this filter on top of the page.
7. Select the contacts you want to download the overview for. Or select all by ticking the box next to Email address.
8. Click Report. A new tab will open with the overview of all selected contacts.
9. Select the PDF file type in the top right corner.
10. Click the printer icon to print or click Download to download the report as a PDF file.
11. In the PDF-file the overview of each contact will start on a new page.
