When you have created a multilingual survey, you will be able to create a report in multiple languages as well. Viewers of the report will be able to see it in their own language.
Add language
To add a language to your report, follow these steps:
- Go to your report.
- Click on the cogwheel
in the top-right corner.
- Click on Options.
- Select the Languages tab.
- Click on Add language and select the desired language from the drop-down menu.
You can set this new language as the default report language or begin translating any texts that are not already translated. The system will get the questions and answer options from the languages and translations already present in the survey, but any text you added yourself to the report will need to be translated.
Remove language
When you no longer need to show your report in a certain language, you can easily remove it again by following these steps:
- Go to your report.
- In the top-right corner click on the language name shown. In the example below it is ‘English’.
- Click on Manage languages.
- In the list of languages, click on the trash can next to a language to delete it.
- Click on Delete to confirm that you wish to delete this language entirely from the report.
This action has no effect on the languages in the survey itself or other reports. It will only remove the language from the current report.
