Add attachments to an email invitation

While you cannot attach a file to an email invitation or reminder directly, you can import this file in your media library and then link to it from your email.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
2. Go to the survey.
3. Click on Distribute and then on Email.
4. Click on Email invitation.
5. Put the cursor where you wish to add the link to the document.
6. Click on the Media Manager icon 
7. Click on Upload new file and select the file on your computer.

8. Click on Upload file.

If the file is already imported in your media library, simply select it via the From the media library tab.

The document will now appear as a link in the email invitation. Anyone who clicks on it will automatically download the file. In order to rename the file, right-click the link and change the Text to display. Then click on Ok.
